It is common to feel slightly apprehensive on your first visit, but be assured you are most welcome and there will be people to assist you. You may also have several questions. When are your Sunday worship services?

September - May, Worship services are held at 8:30am and 10:30am. June, July and August Worship service is at 9am.

How should I dress?

Most people dress casually, especially in the summer months. On holidays, people tend to dress up more. Others will dress up every Sunday. Dress so that you are comfortable. The important thing is that you are there to join in the worship of God.

What are your worship services like?

8:30 a.m. Contemporary Worship - Music is led by our Praise Team, including singers, keyboard, guitar, bass, and drums. The music is upbeat and new. Similar to what you would hear on Q90FM. The congregation joins in the singing with the words projected on a large screen. Children's time is during this worship. Afterwards they are excused to attend Sunday School.

10:30 a.m. Worship Service - This service is more "traditional" with music from a variety of sources - choir, men's choir, bell choir, and of course the organ is played.

When is Holy Communion Given? Can I join in?

Everyone is welcome to participate in communion - members and visitors alike. Your children are also welcome to participate. We offer communion on the first Sunday of every month at both services.

How long are the worship services?

Our worship celebrations are about 60 minutes in length. (Maybe shorter on Packer Sundays) Between services we have hospitality hour, which gives everyone a chance to catch up and enjoy homemade treats. You are welcome to hung out make new friends.

I am not a "Methodist", can I still attend your church?

Absolutely! Peace United Methodist is open to people of a variety of religious backgrounds, or even no religious background. You may have never attended a church in your life or, maybe you grew up in a church, but haven't been active for a long time. Or, maybe you are new to the Kaukauna/Appleton area, and are looking for a home church. Whatever your background, we want to welcome you warmly, help you to grow in your faith, and reach out in service alongside you.

Is the church building wheelchair-accessible?

Yes. The main entrance is at ground level and is wheelchair-friendly. Or, if you access the building from the side, or wish to venture downstairs, we have an elevator you may use. Our restrooms are fully accessible.
